A half-day excursion comprising of clay shooting, horse riding, wine tasting with cheese platters at Kleinberg Wine Estate in the Midlands.
10h30 – Arrive at Kleinbosch Estate – sign indemnity forms for shooting and horse riding.
11h00 – Clay pigeon shooting with experienced gun master who will ensure that you get an adequate safety demonstration and coaching before you shoot. Each person shoots five shots in a row and then takes a break while the rest of the group shoot. Each person shoots 20 shots in total. (The amount of time for shooting depends on the size of the group. Four people take about one hour.)
12h30 – Wine tasting and cheese platters – A tasting of the Kleinberg range of wines, which includes Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Stein, Cabernet Sauvignon, Picnic Rouge and Pinotage. Accompanied by a tray of local cheeses served with biscuits.
13h30 – Get fitted for helmets and proceed with horse riding. Enjoy the spectacular views on sure footed horses while accompanied by an experienced guide.
14h45 – Depart Kleinbosch Estate and enjoy the rest of your day meandering the Midlands!
