The Karkloof Farmers Market is the destination to purchase all things ‘Midlands’. You will find this market on the Karkloof Road, 2.6km from Howick, each Saturday, between 7 and 11am.
For those with sweet tooth’s, you will delight in the knowledge you are catered for! The Midlands houses Chocolate Heaven, Peels Honey Shop, Tashas Fantastic Fudge and the Rotunda Farm Stall in Hilton.

For those avid trail runners and mountain bike enthusiasts, you can still burn energy whilst visiting The Midlands Meander. Sappi Karkloof Trails can be accessed every day of the week at a cost of R50 per person per day. Get to the Karkloof Country Club, sign the indemnity, pay your R50 and you will have access to 65 kilometers of mountain biking and running trails.
